I am deeply grateful to every EXCO and Top Management Team member who chose to be fully present throughout the week. Their focus, candor, and commitment made the conversations meaningful and productive.
What stood out most was the clarity we achieved. The week brought honest feedback, sharper priorities, and stronger alignment across leadership. I also hold immense respect for our wider teams. The departmental retreats, the numbers, the lessons, and the day-to-day operational realities are what truly shaped our discussions. Leadership did not invent the plan — they fed it.
For 2026, we have agreed on one central theme: execution. Consistently. And at pace.
We will emphasize clear ownership, clear deadlines, and intentional scorekeeping to sustain momentum and accountability.
This time next year, we will not be reflecting on intentions, but on outcomes — Inshallah.
