Celebrating Women Who Move Our World Forward.

On this International Women’s Day 2026, I want to recognize and celebrate the women who continue to shape our homes, our workplaces, and our country. Every day, women lead, build, teach, care, and challenge us to do better. Their contributions often hold families together, strengthen teams, and drive progress in our communities.

At Next, we see firsthand how women bring honesty, resilience, and vision to every space they occupy. They are innovators, mentors, problem-solvers, and leaders who push organizations and societies to grow. Today is an important moment to celebrate these achievements and acknowledge the impact women have across every sector.

But celebration alone is not enough. True recognition must go beyond a single day. It requires a commitment to real respect, equal opportunity, and meaningful representation in the spaces where decisions are made.

As we mark this day, I encourage all of us—leaders, organizations, and communities—to continue creating environments where women’s voices are heard, their talents are supported, and their leadership is valued.

To the women who keep our homes steady, our teams honest, and our country moving forward: today we celebrate you. And every day, we must stand behind that celebration with action.
