Today, I was formally introduced as an Independent Non-Executive Director of @StanChartUGA, a bank that has been part of Uganda’s economic journey for well over a century.
It is an honour to join the Board of an institution with such a rich legacy, strong values, and enduring impact on businesses, communities, and the broader economy.
As Uganda continues to evolve, the role of trusted financial institutions in driving sustainable growth, innovation, and opportunity becomes even more important. I am confident that Standard Chartered’s greatest contribution to our country’s future is still ahead.
