Joe Kigozi joined us in 2008 as a sports presenter, and it didn’t take long to recognize his incredible potential. Over the years, Joe has grown from strength to strength, eventually rising to Deputy Group CEO & Chief Strategy Officer, where he has made a profound impact on our brand and vision.
Joe’s leadership has been instrumental in achieving key milestones for @NextMediaUG. He spearheaded the rebrand of @nbstv, guided our digital transition with the ‘Beera Digital’ initiative, and played a critical role in securing our home, the #NextMediaPark. His vision also took Ugandan sports broadcasting to new heights, overseeing @sanyukatv’s coverage, the #StarTimesUPL, and even the World Cup Trophy Tour.
