Today, I had the pleasure of meeting a group of young, passionate Ugandan artistes — @AlienSkinUg, @doktabrainmusic, @MaureenNantume, Simon Banks, and Mungu Feni. Each of them is using their talent to celebrate our beautiful country through music that inspires pride, unity, and hope.
From Party, Sitya Danger, My Story, and Musawo, to Dance Tonight, their songs capture the vibrant spirit of Uganda — resilient, joyful, and deeply proud of its identity. Listening to them reminded me how powerful creativity can be in shaping our national story.
As we continue to mark #UgandaMonth, I am encouraged by the way our artists are using rhythm and storytelling to highlight what makes Uganda truly special. Their music is more than entertainment — it is a reflection of who we are and what we stand for as Ugandans.
