Last week, I came across a post by Bruce Tumwesigye—a simple prayer asking for a chance to reach Next Media. A few days later, we met at #NextMediaPark.
What stood out immediately was Bruce’s clarity and sense of purpose. His message wasn’t accidental; it was backed by initiative, intention, and a genuine belief in what we do at Next Media. Over time, he has consistently supported our work and our broader story, and that matters to me. People who truly love a place often feel a responsibility to protect it.

We have offered Bruce an internship across areas he deeply cares about. He will learn by doing. We will coach him, observe his growth, and judge the output.
