I am truly humbled to receive the ‘Outstanding Employer Excellence’ Award from the Labour College of East Africa. This honour is not just a personal milestone — it reflects the collective commitment we’ve made to building a workplace where people are seen, valued, and empowered.
I have always believed that the greatest investment any leader can make is in their people. Real transformation begins when we choose to mentor, uplift, and intentionally walk alongside others in their growth journeys.
This recognition affirms that the steps we’ve taken — however challenging — are making a difference. But it also reminds me that the journey is far from over.
There are systems we must continue to strengthen, a culture we must keep deepening, and impact we must scale with even greater intention.
