It has been a great honor to have once again hosted the CEO Summit Uganda’s “CEO Apprenticeship Program” at the Next Media Park. During the meeting, we explored the motivations that drive the two generations – Millennials and Gen Zs.
We explored different motivations within teams, using examples from our own organization – Next Media. Emphasis was placed on the role played by our leaders and how they can use these motivations for success.
It is key for any leader to understand and appreciate these diverse motivations. Our key role at the various management levels, is to create a workplace where every team member thrives while willingly contributing their unique strengths.
