I was equally encouraged by the commitment of our judges, who showed up with integrity and purpose, ensuring the process remains fair, real, and impactful. When leaders invest their time and expertise into the next generation, it signals something meaningful is taking shape.

This is more than a competition—it’s a movement. I truly believe we are witnessing the beginning of life-changing opportunities for many young talents.
