Strengthening NAB Uganda: Unity, Strategy, and Building Trust Ahead of the Election Cycle.

Today, I had the privilege of chairing a pivotal joint meeting between the Board of Trustees and Executive Committee of @Nab_Uganda. Our discussions were centered on three key priorities: fixing media-government relations, uniting the fraternity ahead of the election cycle, and strengthening NAB for the benefit of its members.

We didn’t shy away from the tough realities. Rebuilding trust with the government is essential, ensuring the media continues to be a strong pillar of democracy, and positioning @Nab_Uganda as a force that both protects and empowers its members.

With the elections approaching, unity and strategic planning will be our guiding principles. The road ahead requires careful coordination and a commitment to ensuring that NAB Uganda remains resilient and proactive in advocating for the media sector.

The work continues, and I am confident that by staying united and focused, we can overcome the challenges ahead and create lasting impact for our members and the media industry as a whole. Together, we will continue striving for a stronger, more empowered NAB Uganda.
