Eid Mubarak to all Ugandans!
Today, we mark Eid al-Adha — a moment of deep spiritual reflection, compassion, and community. I extend my heartfelt congratulations to everyone who has reached this blessed day, and I wish you love, prosperity, and lasting joy.
This morning, I had the honour of attending prayers at Kibuli Mosque with my family. It was a deeply moving experience, standing in unity with fellow Ugandans as we celebrated the spirit of sacrifice and renewal that defines this sacred occasion.
Eid al-Adha reminds us of the importance of giving, of strengthening bonds within our families and communities, and of the peace that comes from faith and togetherness.
As we commemorate this holy day, may we carry its values into every area of our lives — at home, at work, and across our nation.
