Triannual 2 Closes: Gratitude, Momentum & What’s Next?

As Triannual 2 draws to a close, I’ve left this round of #NextMediaTalks filled with pride. Our Transformers showed up every single day — with grit, joy, and an unwavering commitment to putting people first, delivery next. It’s a formula that continues to win for us.

This phase marked significant strides in our Creative Economy initiatives, and we’re excited to bring these to you, our valued consumers. We also celebrated a major milestone — #SanyukaAt10 — a decade of growth and impact. Our national campaign, #OmumanyiWaSalam, came to life here, alongside our world-class broadcast of #RACUG25, elevating our sports coverage.

I shared insights from our internal survey post-Structural Realignment — and the results are encouraging: real growth, stronger alignment, and sharper focus across the board.

As we now lace up for #CancerRunUg25, I’m proud that every Transformer who wanted a kit has one. This Sunday, we run — for families, colleagues, and our communities. And after that, we dive fully into #UGVotes2026 — a flawless, balanced, nationwide election operation that will set the pace once again.
