At the #NextMediaPark, every Triannual #NextMediaTalks comes with a deeper purpose — our team-wide blood donation drive. Today, I rolled up my sleeve once again, proud to be part of something that literally gives life.
I was deeply moved to learn that my last donation helped save a mother in Kampala during childbirth. That hit home. It reminded me that every pint donated carries hope, courage, and survival for someone whose life depends on it.
Blood donation is one of the simplest yet most powerful acts of service. If you’re healthy and eligible, I encourage you to donate at least three times a year. It’s not just about saving others — it’s also good for your own health, helping regulate iron levels and reduce the risk of high blood pressure, among other benefits.
At Next Media, we believe that impact begins with action. Giving blood is one such action — quiet, selfless, and life-changing.
